WE ARE RECRUITING – DICE Youth Worker Posts (FT/PT)
This post is an ideal opportunity for someone to make a real difference in the lives of young people 10-16 years old. We would like to recruit staff members who will be committed and dedicated, and who can provide consistent and supportive relationships building trust, understanding and development opportunities for the amazing young people we work with. The work planned for the next 4 years is an enhancement of DICE work to date, we will work with young people aged 10-16 yrs from across Bangor particularly from Bloomfield, Breezemount, Conlig, Clandeboye and Whitehill. We believe that the young people of today have the potential to be great leaders of tomorrow, and we seek to do our part in supporting them on their journey via this project and its many activities. This project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

Location: Bangor (North Down)
Hours: Full time & part time posts will be considered to meet the needs of the project, over a 5 day period. Will require a flexible working pattern which will include regular evening/weekend work
Salary: £ 27,344 (SCP Scale 15) pro-rata
Term: Fixed term for 4 years
Holidays: 28 days per annum (pro-rata) & 11 Stat days (pro-rata)
