We are recruiting for a full-time (30-35hrs) Community Development Health Worker. The Community Development Health Worker will work directly with people, communities and voluntary groups to help build their knowledge, skills and ability to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities, reduce health inequalities and bring about social change.  They will create the conditions and opportunities for individuals and communities to better understand their physical and mental health needs and support them to take more control of their lives and choices, towards achieving their full health and wellbeing potential
