  • Louise Little - Manager

    Working for North Down Community Network since 2012, Louise manages the brilliant team, and oversees and directs the NDCN's daily operations, as well as the development of the organisation and how NDCN supports member groups, facilitates partnerships and collaborations, and responds to the needs of the people and groups within the Bangor and North Down area.

    Fun Facts:

    Louise is a huge dog lover and adores her 2 labs and crazy cocker spaniel! Often happiest in wellies and up to her eyes in muck!

  • Lindsey Hall - Community Development Health Worker

    Lindsey responds to health needs of the community of North Down and both coordinates and delivers a range of activities and classes designed to improve all aspects of health and well being. Encourage, motivate and stimulate individuals to engage in actions and activities that lead to better health outcomes for them, their families and the wider community.

    Fun Facts:

    Busy mum to 3 young kids, I love being outdoors walking along beaches, exploring forests and I know every single park along the Down coast! Im a big boyband music fan, have recently qualified as an Integrative Counsellor and I enjoy cold water sea swimming!

  • Rachel Kane - Youth Worker

    I do the youth work on the DICE Connections project working with young people aged 10-15 across 4 areas of deprivation in Bangor. I want to improve the lives of young people in Bangor with development, inspiration, care and empowerment.

    Fun Facts:

    If I won the lottery the first thing I would buy is Windsor Park (Linfield Football Club’s home ground!)

  • Denise Howard - Finance Officer

    I help to manage the finances of NDCN by keeping track of all of our day to day bookkeeping.

    Fun Facts:

    I love the great outdoors and my happy place is the Mourne Mountains.

  • Ashleigh Hunter - Community Development

    Working for North Down Community Network since 2019, Ashleigh supports community groups and small charities to ensure they can run their services effectively, particularly those ran by incredible community volunteers. We recognise that every group is unique, as well as the people and communities they serve, so support is varied to ensure they can develop and thrive in a way that suits them.

    Fun Facts: Ashleigh loves nothing more than being outdoors in nature, sweating it out at boxercise, and you’ll find her at park run every Saturday.

  • Lauren Armstrong - Administration Officer

    I’m involved in supporting the work of North Down Community Network and the range of activities we provide to people in our Wellbeing Centre on Main Street. I also provide support to our member groups as well as signposting individuals and groups to other services within the area.

  • Emily-Rose Edgar - Communication Officer

    As the Communications Officer for NDCN, I handle public relations, information output, and media requests to promote activities, training and opportunities for learning and engagement within the North Down communities. I write and optimise content for the website, digital bi-weekly ezine newsletter, create information posters and manage all social networking sites.

    Fun Fact: “Gooo Walking! It’s what to do!” Remember the TV advert? Well, look closer at the little girl in her school uniform, carrying her viola! Ha!

  • Myrtle Brown - Caretaker

    One of the newest members to our team, Myrtle plays a central role in ensuring the spaces we use and host people in are ready, well presented and welcoming.

    Fun Facts: I love to travel!
