9 & 16 Nov: Have your say to help improve how complaints are handled in Health and Social Care (HSC)

Have you raised a complaint regarding your experience of health and social care since 1 April 2009? OR have you had a negative experience of HSC, but decided not to make a complaint? If so, HSC would like to hear from you – they are interested in your experience of making a complaint, or if you chose not to make a complaint, what the reasons were for this.

The HSC Board would welcome the opportunity to receive feedback from older persons. The workshop will take place in HSCB Headquarters, 12 – 22 Linenhall Street, Belfast at 2pm on 16 November 2015. HSC hope to help improve how complaints are handled in health and social care, so your views are important.

If you would like to share your views and experiences, you must register in advance. To do so, please contact us on 028 95 363893 or learningfromcomplaints@hscni.net by 9 November 2015.
