In order to capture the wide range of services, organisations and activities that help people in poverty across the SEHSCT I would be much obliged if you would take a few minutes to complete and return the questionnaire Poverty Scoping Exercise Questionnaire by 30th September.

All information is welcome but we are particularly looking for information on:

  • Food – food banks, luncheon clubs, others
  • Fuel – fuel clubs, voucher schemes , home insulation schemes, others
  • Money Advice – debt advice, help lines, others
  • Homelessness – help and support

Please cascade among your contacts.

Please return your questionnaires to: Wilma Alexander, Level 5, Lisburn Health Centre, Linenhall Street, Lisburn BT28 1LU

Email:  wilma.alexander@setrust.hscni.net          Telephone:  028 9151 0199

All information gathered will be displayed on the SEHSCT Healthy Living Website.
